IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment 10 is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART, and Defendant's Motion for Summary Affirmance 13 is DENIED. The decision of the Commissioner of Social Security is REVERSED and this case is REMANDED pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for a determination of Bush's RFC for the period between December 23, 2006 and January 28, 2008. The ALJ SHALL also determine whether Bush was disabled during all or part of the entire alleged period of disability by assessing whether jobs existed in the national economy that Bush could have performed.
