Accordingly, the Court sets a benc h trial to determine remedies for January 10, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at the Rock Island courthouse. Final pretrial conference is set for December 2, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at the Rock Island courthouse. Counsel who will actually try the case are to appear at this conference in person. All three claims of Plaintiffs' Amended Complaint remain. However, Defendants cannot claim their activities were authorized under N WPs 13 or 3. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to strike in paragraph 4 of Slowinskis affidavit, paragraph 3 subparagraphs (c)(f) of Wolterstorff's affidavit, and the entirety of Allen's affidavit.
