Memorandum Opinion and Order: Because Defendant's headquarters are located in Illinois, and because most of the relevant documents and witnesses are in Illinois, the Court finds that Illinois is the most convenient forum and would be superior to New Jersey. Therefore, Defendant's motion to transfer the case is granted. (Related Doc # 15 ). The matter is hereby transferred to the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
