Filing 121 Enter MEMORANDUM, OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth above, the Court grants Fosters motion for a preliminary injunction to be evaluated by an ophthalmologist and receive treatment consistent with his or her recommendations. For the avoid ance of doubt, this order does not entitle Foster to any specific treatment, such as cataract removal surgery; it merely requires consultation by an ophthalmologist and adherence to that specialists directives, which may or may include a recommendati on for surgery or other treatments. The Court hereby directs Dr. Patterson and Dr. Ghoshs successor, the current medical director at Stateville Correctional Center, to carry out this order within 120 days.
