The plaintiff is once again reminded of basic filing requirements: he must (1) provide the court with th e original plus a judge's copy of every document filed, and (2) include a certificate of service showing that a copy was mailed to opposing counsel. See Minute Orders of September 26, 2012, and November 14, 2012. The clerk is directed to send th e plaintiff another copy of the court's filing instructions along with a copy of this order. The court authorizes and orders Cook County Jail officials to deduct $86.75 from the plaintiffs account, and to continu e making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The clerk shall send a copy of this order to the Supervisor of Inmate Trust Fund Accounts, Cook County Dept. of Corrections Administrative Office, Division V, 2700 S. California, Chicago, Ill inois 60608. The clerk is directed to issue summonses for service on the defendants by the U.S. Marshal.
