Filing 99 MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For the reasons that follow, the Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment 77 on his ADA and Rehabilitation Act claims is granted. The defendants' cross motion 82 for summary judgment is denied with respect t o those claims. But their motion for summary judgment on Clemons' 1983 claims is granted, as Clemons has failed to provide sufficient evidence of a widespread custom or practice that caused his alleged constitutional violation.
