Hadad may seek leave of Court to amend her complaint if she can cure the deficiencies in Count I related to Sabbah. This opinion does not affect the FLSA claim in Count I against World Fuel Services, Inc. Mahmoud Sabbah terminated. Status hearing set for 1/23/2014 at 09:00 a.m. to discuss this case.
