Filing 167 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER signed by the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly on 2/26/2017: For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion and Order, the Court grants in part and denies in part each party's motion for summary judgment [dkt. nos. 132, 143, & 155]. In addition, the Court has granted defendant's motion to strike plaintiff AIC's request for punitive damages. The case is set for a status hearing on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. for the purpose of setting a prompt trial date. (mk) |
