To the extent Plaintiff alleges an excessive force claim against Insley, the Court grants Defendants' summary judgment motion as to that claim. Construing Plaintiff's complaint liberally to allege a failure to intervene claim against Officer Insley, the motion for summary judgment as to that claim is also granted.
