MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For the reasons stated in the Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order, Plaintiffs' Motion to Quash Defendants' Discovery 20 is granted in part and denied in part, and Defendants' Motion to Compel Writt en Discovery Responses from Plaintiff 22 is granted in part and denied in part. Although the Court previously indicated that it would set this matter for an in-court ruling on the pending motions 28 , it decided to issue its ruling in writing ins tead. Plaintiff shall respond to Defendants' outstanding discovery requests to which responses are required consistent with the Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order within 14 days of today's ruling, unless the parties agree to a diffe rent response date. By 4/29/16, the parties shall file a joint discovery plan identifying what discovery remains to be taken and the date by which the parties propose that discovery, both written and oral, should close.
