The Court grants Ms. Atlas leave to amend her complaint consistent with this Opinion, if possible, within 21 days of the filing of this Opinion. If Plaintiffs choose not to amend the complaint or otherwise fail to state a federal claim, the Court will decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state-law claims and the case will be remanded back to state court.
