Plaintiff's response, if any, shall be filed by June 29. Motions brought under Rules 50 and 59 shall be filed according to the deadlines set forth in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Defendants' briefs shall be filed within 30 days thereafter. Plaintiff's response shall be filed within 45 days after Defendants file their briefs. Defendants' replies, if any, shall be filed within 7 days thereafter, and Plaintiff's sur-reply, if any, within 7 days after that.
