Filing 21 ORDER granting 12 Motion to Dismiss brought by Defendants Illinois Department of Corrections ("IDOC") and David Rednour. The IDOC is DISMISSED without prejudice as a party to this action. Count I, Count II, Count III, and Count IV of Pl aintiff Carmela Ingram's complaint are DISMISSED without prejudice. Mrs. Ingram's claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Rednour in his individual capacity remains pending before the Court.
