Per Judge Williams' prior Order, the undersigned's resolution of the suppression motion triggers a lifting of the discovery stay herein, but the Court's Order now sets a final deadline for any further dispositive motions, plus a briefing schedule and page limit for such motions. (The Clerk's Office shall reflect that deadline in the cm/ecf docketing system.) The parties also are DIRECTED to contact Judge Williams to on or before January 18, 2013 to schedule a settlement conference before the March 22, 2013 final pretrial conference.
