Filing 132 ORDER finding as moot 114 Motion for Summary Judgment; denying 115 Motion for Summary Judgment; granting 118 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim; granting in part and denying in part 125 Motion for Summary Judgment. As indicat ed in the attached Order, Defendant Jackson County is DISMISSED with prejudice; the failure to protect claims in Count 2 as against Defendants Fred and Gibbs are DISMISSED with prejudice; and the deliberate indifference claims in Count 4 as against Defendant Bludworth are DISMISSED with prejudice. Count 2 shall go forward as to Defendant Bludworth, and Count 4 shall go forward as to Defendants Fred, Gibbs, and Gladson.
