Filing 160 ORDER DENYING 136 Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendant Hess and GRANTING in part, DENYING in part, and FINDING MOOT in part 143 Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendants Shah, Chapman, Tilden, Mitchell, and Bullock. It is granted as to Defendants Chapman, Tilden, and Mitchell, and those Defendants are DISMISSED with prejudice. It is moot as to Defendant Bullock, and she remains dismissed without prejudice (see Doc. 152). It is denied as to Defendants Hess and Shah, and this matter shall proceed to trial on Plaintiff's claims of deliberate indifference against them. The parties are ORDERED to immediately contact Magistrate Judge Wilkerson to schedule a settlement conference to be held before the final pretrial conference on July 5, 2017. Signed by Judge Nancy J.
