Filing 70 ORDER DENYING as MOOT #69 Joint Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice: On January 22, 2015, Plaintiffs filed a #60 Motion to Voluntarily Dismiss the case without prejudice as to all Defendants. Responses were due on or before February 26, 2015. Because there was no objection to Plaintiffs Motion to Dismiss, the Court granted the motion and dismissed the case without prejudice on April 15, 2015. Judgment was entered that same day. On July 16, 2015, three months later, the parties filed a #69 Joint Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice.
