June 30, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER: Upon threshold review of Plaintiff's Complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2), the Court DISMISSES the Complaint without prejudice for failure to state a claim. Plaintiff is GRANTED leave to file an Amended Complaint on or before August 1, 2022.This Court also DENIES Motion for Recruitment of Counsel; however, plaintiff can file amended motion with Amended Complaint. At this time, the Court RESERVES RULING on Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. See attached Order for further details.
