Filing 25 ORDER memorializing Status Conference and STAYING discovery and related Rule 26 requirements. During the Status Conference conducted on 4/8/21, Craig Shultz appeared on behalf of Plaintiffs and Terelle Mock, Charles Branson, Michelle Stewart, and Mark Meyer appeared on behalf of the respective Defendants they represent. Given the pending motions to dismiss and qualified immunity defenses raised in this case, after discussion, all parties agreed to and the Court ordered that a stay of discovery and related proceedings, including the parties' Rule 26(f) planning conference, Rule 26(a) disclosure exchanges, and the Scheduling Conference, is warranted and will best further the interests of Rule 1, pending further order of the Court. The Court therefore stays discovery and related Rule 26 requirements in this case. The Court will convene a Scheduling Conference at a later time, likely after the ruling by the District Judge on the pending motions to dismiss. (This is a TEXT ENTRY ONLY.
