ORDER: The Court held a status conference with the parties on March 6, 2024. During the status conference, the parties indicated they may be interested in staying discovery to participate in an early mediation. On March 7, 2024, the Court received an email indicating both parties are agreeable to that plan of action. Accordingly, the Court orders mediation to occur by May 10, 2024. All discovery is stayed until further order of the Court. The parties should promptly file a joint notice of mediation when they have a firmly scheduled date, time, and place of mediation. Defense counsel is instructed to file an ADR Report within 14-days of the scheduled mediation.
