MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - Plaintiff's motion to vacate the arbitration award (Doc. 1) is denied. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant's Motion To Confirm Final Arbitration Award, Dismiss Complaint, And For Award of Prejudgment Interest, Attorn eys Fees and Costs (Doc. 12) is granted in part. The court affirms the November 16, 2012 arbitration award. Defendant shall submit a proposed judgment consistent with the arbitration award and this memorandum and order within seven days. The court de nies defendant's motion to dismiss as moot. The court awards post-award, prejudgment interest at the rate of 10% per annum from December 16, 2012, through the date of judgment in this action.
