Filing 31 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by Judge David J. Hale. Defendant's Motion for Partial Dismissal (DN 14 ) is granted. The following claims are dismissed: (1) Count III against Defendant Brandon in his official capacity; and (2) Counts III an d V against the City of Bardstown and against Defendants McCubbin and Sheckles in their official and individual capacities.
