Having carefully considered the parties' supporting and opposing submissions, and applicable law, IT IS ORDERED, that the motions are GRANTED, and that Plaintiffs' claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Additionally, because Defendant Eddie Jordan, in his official capacity as the (former) District Attorney for the Parish of Orleans, is named solely as the successor to Defendant Harry Connick, in his official capacity as the (former) Dist rict Attorney for the Parish of Orleans, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs' claims against Defendant Jordan are likewise DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, as stated within document.
