ORDER & REASONS re: 46 Motion for Partial Summary Judgment filed by Jeremy Coker; 47 Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Marlin Peachey, Rodney J Strain, Jr, Joseph Boocker, Gregory Perkins, David Hanson, Greg Longino. ORDERED that the motion fo r summary judgment by defendants on plaintiff's Eighth Amendment and state-law claim is DENIED. FURTHER ORDERED that defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED as to all plaintiff's claims against defendants in their individual capacities.
