Considering the basis asserted for jurisdiction in this matter is 28 U.S.C. § 1332, diversity of citizenship, this Court finds it lacks subject matter jurisdiction and the suit must be dismissed. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Lorene's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject MatterJurisdiction is GRANTED and this matter is DISMISSED.
