ORDER AND REASONS - IT IS ORDERED that Defendant Certain Underwriters at Lloyds, Londons motion to dismiss for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction, insofar as it is construed also as a motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim, is GRANTED; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs federal claims against Defendants Noah W. Lewis & Associates, Noah W. Lewis, Certain Underwriters at Lloyds, London, and all remaining Defendants in the above- aptioned matter are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs state-law claims against Defendants Noah W. Lewis & Associates, Noah W. Lewis, Certain Underwriters at Lloyds, London, and all remaining Defendants are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction as the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state-law claims; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the pending motions to dismiss filed by Defendants Noah W.
