Filing 14 OPINION Adopting the 13 Report and Recommendation of the U.S. Magistrate Judge. The 12 Motion for Summary Judgment is granted, dismissing Plaintiffs claims asserted against Defendants, without prejudice, for failure to exhaust administrative remedies pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1997(e). Plaintiffs claims asserted against the Parish of Ascension, the City of Donaldsonville and the Ascension Parish Jail are dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. '' 1915(e) and 1915A for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted, and that this action is dismissed. Judgment shall be entered accordingly.
