REASONS FOR JUDGMENT: The Court finds that the plaintiffs are not entitled torecover damages from the defendants and the defendants (as counter-claimants) are not entitled to recover damages or attorney's fees and expenses from the plaintiffs. A ccordingly, all remaining claims are dismissed with prejudice.Because no party can be said to have prevailed, each party is to bear its own costs. The parties shall submit a Judgment to the Court in accordance with the above findings and conclusions within 7 days, approved as to form by both parties.
