MEMORANDUM RULING re 8 MOTION for Default Judgment as to Rivals Sports Grill, LLC d/b/a Rivals Sports Grill, Douglas Guillory and Lori Guillory filed by G & G Closed Circuit Events L L C. In light of the foregoing, plaintiff G&G Close d Circuit Events, LLCs Motion for Default Judgment [Doc. 8] is GRANTED. Plaintiff is awarded $4,800.00 as base damages pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 553(c)(3)(A)(ii), and $14,400.00 in enhanced damages pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 553(c)(B) . A separate judgment in favor of Plaintiff shall issue in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 58. Plaintiff is additionally awarded costs pursuant to 47 U.S.C. 553(c)(2)(C) and shall file a Memorandum of Costs in the form required by the Clerk of Court within fourteen days of entry of the Judgment.
