ORDER granting Defendant's 50 Motion for Summary Judgment; and finding as moot Plaintiff's 59 Motion for Extension of Time, etc. The Court reminds Plaintiff that she must obtain new counsel or notify the Court that she intends to proc eed pro se on or before September 15, 2015. The pretrial conference in this matter is currently scheduled for September 17, 2015, and the jury trial is currently scheduled for a two-week term beginning October 5, 2015. If Plaintiff fails to appear for any hearing or conference, fails to notify the Court of a change of address, or otherwise fails to comply with any order of the Court, her rights may be adversely affected or sanctions imposed, up to and including dismissal of this case.
