The Court finds that Mark Jicka, a member of the CJA habeas panel, should be appointed to represent Petitioner. A separate order will be entered appointing counsel. Once Petitioner& #039;s counsel has adequate time to familiarize himself with the petition, the case will be reopened and a hearing date will be set. Counsel is instructed to contact the Courtroom Deputy at (601) 965-4418 to set a telephonic status conference to occur no later than October 1, 2010, during which a hearing date will be set.
