For the reasons discussed in the December 13, 2011 order, Lee Enterprises is entitled to discovery of the materials produced in response to the referenced subpoenas because those materials contain information pertaining to Spreadbury's health, education, and past employment - information that is relevant to the claims for damages Spreadbury has advanced against Lee Enterprises. And Lee enterprises may obtain the subject materials from the other defendants. Lee Enterprises is, of course, subject to the same protective proscriptions detailed in the December 13, 2011 order.
