IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Rule 4.1(A)(11) of the Nevada Code of Judicial Conduct is unconstitutionally vague as to the term misleading.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Rule 4.1(A)(11) o f the Nevada Code of JudicialConduct was unconstitutional as applied to Kishner.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Committee immediately: (1) rescind and withdraw its censure decision 10-7, filed October 25, 2010; (2) remove the censure decision 10-7 from the Committees website post this Courts decision ordering removal; and (3) provide notice of withdrawal and a copy of the Courts ruling to the same extent disseminated since publication.The notice shall be entitled Published Decision 10-7 (re: Joanna S.
