Filing 5 ORDER Granting 3 Plaintiff's Motion/Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. However, Plaintiff shall be required to pay an initial installment fee in the amount of $50 toward the full filing fee of $350. Plaintiff shall have 30 days to have the designated fee sent to the Clerk of the Court. Clark County Detention Center shall pay to the Clerk of the United States District Court, District of Nevada, 20% of the preceding months deposits to the prisoners accou nt (in months that the account exceeds $10.00) until the full $350 filing fee has been paid. The Clerk of the Court shall file the Complaint. The Complaint is DISMISSED with leave to amend. Plaintiff will have 30 days to file his Amended Complaint. Signed by Magistrate Judge Nancy J.
