The Court finds that it lacks personal jurisdiction over Defendant and that this district is not a proper venue for Plaintiffs lawsuit. However, the Court does not reach the merits of Defendants 12(b)(6) cl aims. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that in the interests of justice, this case be transferred to the Central District of California pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1631.
