ORDER. For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED that the Sixth Amendment claim for violations of the attorney-client privilege shall proceed against Defendants Collins and Corrections Corporation of America. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court SHALL ISSUE summonses for Defendants Collins and Corrections Corporation of America. The Clerk also SHALL SEND to Plaintiff two (2) USM-285 forms, one copy of the complaint, a copy of this order, and a copy of the screening order (ECF No. 2 ). Plaintiff shall have thirty (30) days within which to furnish to the U.S. Marshal the required USM-285 forms with relevant information as to each Defendant on each form. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that henceforth, Plaintiff shall serve upon Defenda nts or, if appearance has been entered by counsel, upon the attorney(s), a copy of every pleading, motion or other document submitted for consideration by the Court. ORDER that 1 Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. The clerk shall file the complaint. That the portion of Plaintiff's Complaint which alleges that Defendants have violated his right of access to the courts is dismissed, without prejudice.
