Fact discovery is permitted on all matters asserted in the Complaint and Answer.Dispositive Motions: The last day for filing dispositive motions shall be February 28, 2023.Joint Pretrial Order: The joint pretrial order shall be due no later than March 28, 2023, unless dispositive motions are pending on that date in which case the due date for the joint pretrial order is automatically extended to 30 days after a decision is issued on such motions.Any request to extend one or more of the above dates shall be made no later than January 6, 2023.Paragraphs 8, 9, and 10 of the Proposed Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order (ECF No. 21) are adopted as if fully set forth herein.
