ORDER denying #18 Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order filed by Tayvion Posey.On December 22, 2023, the Court ordered Plaintiff to file either specific objections to Defendants' proposed DPSO or to file a DPSO that complied with Local Rule 26-1. Plaintiff did not file specific objections. Instead, Plaintiff filed the present DPSO, which shortens the time for discovery outlined in LR 26-1. Therefore, the Court denies #18 . The Court will sign and enter Defendants' proposed DPSO #16 which complies with Local Rule 26-1. The only modification will be that initial disclosures will be due 1/10/24 instead of 1/3/24.
