The court will allow Plaintiff to supplement its motion for summary judgment with any evidence concerning attorneys' fees incurred as a result of Verdi's breach. B ecause the court has not entered final judgment in this case, the court will not yet calculate Plaintiff's final award of damages so that the proper amount of prejudgment interest may be calculated.
