JUDGMENT. IT IS ORDERED that plaintiff is the owner of US Copyright Registration No. VAu001003528. Defendant is permanently enjoined from reproducing, distributing, preparing or publishing actual similar copies. Defendant shall destroy all copies of the Laxague owned work in her possession or control. Should Defendant breach any part of this Consent Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction, Defendant shall be liable to Plaintiff for damages in the amount of $10,000 for each breach or viol ation. If any legal action is taken to enforce this Consent Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction, the prevailing party will be entitled to attorney's fees and costs. This Consent Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction is the full and final resolution of this action.
