IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Judgment of Forfeiture is entered against the sum of $26,980.00 IN UNITED STATES CURRENCY, and against all persons and/or entities, if any, having an interest in such amt of the Def currency, and that said amt of the Def prop be, and the same is, hereby forfeited to the USA and no right, title, or interest in the Def p shall exist in any other person or entity. FURTH ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that, in acc ordance w/the stip of all interested parties, that the sum of $13,000.00, less any sums required to be offset by fed law, shall be returned to claimant Henry Vargas free and clear of the forfeiture claims of the U.S. advanced herein.
