Defendants shall immediately cease and halt all wild horse gathers at the Owyhee Complex, including the one currently ongoing at the Owyhee H MA, and the BLM shall not transport horses from the Owyhee HMA, until the court has had an opportunity to hear this matter. Defendants shall file opposition briefs on or before noon on 1/8/13. Plaintiff shall file any reply on or before noon on 1/9/13.
