Filing 10 ORDER denying as moot 6 motion to show cause; granting 7 IFP application; denying as moot 9 motion for status check; directing Clerk to file the petition and motion for appointment of counsel; granting the mot ion for appointment of counsel and provisionally appointing the FPD to represent petitioner. The FPD shall have 30 days to undertake direct representation or indicate an inability to do so. If the FPD does undertake representation, amended petition due within 60 days. The Clerk shall add the NV AG as counsel for respondents and shall e-serve both the NV AG and FPD copies of the petition and this order (NEFs sent 6/2/2015). Respondents' counsel shall enter a notice of appearance within 2 0 days but no further response is required until further court order. Any exhibits shall be filed with separate index.
