November 21, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 46 ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO DISMISS (ECF No. 23 ) - It is therefore ordered that Defendant Robert Estes's Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 23 ) is granted, and this case is dismissed without prejudice. It is further ordered that Mr. Snyder's motions for default judgment (ECF Nos. 11 , 12 , 20 ), Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 29 ), motion for sanctions (ECF No. 36 ), and motions to set for decision (ECF Nos. 41 , 45 ) and Judge Estes's motions to stay this case (ECF Nos. 24 , 39 ) are denied as moot. It is further ordered that the Clerk of Court enter judgment accordingly and close this case. Signed by District Judge Anne R. Traum on 11/21/2023. March 7, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 10 ORDER Re: ECF No. 8 - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion to File Electronically (ECF No. 8 ) is GRANTED on a limited basis.
