April 28, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 477 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS, Given that no objection to the R&R has been filed, and the deadline to do so has passed, the Court need only conduct a clear error review. Now, having reviewed the R&R in accord with the standard, the Court is satisfied that there is no clear error on the face of the record. Therefore, the Court adopts it, and its modification of the settlement agreement, in its entirety as the opinion of the Court. For the foregoing reasons, the parties' proposed settlement agreement, including attorney's fees, is approved, incorporating the modifications set forth in the R&R.
