ORDER granting 29 Motion for Summary Judgment: For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, Countrywide's motion for summary judgment (Doc. No. 29) is granted as to plaintiffs' federal law claims, which are dismissed with prejudice. Plaintiffs' remaining state law claims are dismissed without prejudice, this Court declining to exercise supplemental jurisdiction. Plaintiffs' request to filed a Second Amended Complaint (Doc. No. 28)to amplify their state law claims is moot. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment accordingly, and close the file. Ordered by Judge Roslynn R. Mauskopf on 8/8/2012.
