September 10, 2012 Opinion or Order Filing 21 ORDER denying 14 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings; granting 16 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings AND REMANDING FOR FURTHER ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS - For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, pursuant to the fourth and sixth sentences of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), the Commissioner's decision is REVERSED and this matter is REMANDED for further administrative proceedings consistent with this opinion. On remand the Administrative Law Judge shall: ( i) fully develop the administrative record by obtaining more information from the treating physician as to Plaintiff's limitations; (ii) reassess Plaintiff's credibility in light of her prior work history; and (iii) obtain new Vocational Ex pert testimony using modified hypotheticals, if appropriate, in light of any new evidence acquired by the Administrative Law Judge. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff and to close this case. SO ORDERED by Judge Dora Lizette Irizarry on 9/10/2012. (Irizarry, Dora)
