August 9, 2012	Filing 9 ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS PURSUANT TO 28 U.S.C. §2255 - For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN OPINION AND ORDER, petitioners request for relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 is DENIED in its entirety. Bec ause petitioner has not made a substantial showing of the denial of any constitutional right, no certificate of appealability shall issue. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from a judgment denying this petit ion would not be taken in good faith, and, therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this case. SO ORDERED by Judge Dora Lizette Irizarry on 8/9/2012. (Irizarry, Dora)
