ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS. As set forth in the attached Memorandum & Order, the Court has reviewed the unopposed 61 Report and Recommendation and, finding no clear error, the Court adopts Magistrate Judge Ramon E. Reyes, Jr.'s Report and Recommendation in its entirety pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). Digital Camera International Ltd.'s motion for summary judgment is denied in its entirety and Marlene Antebi's motion for summary judgment is denied as to the conversion claim and granted as to the unjust enrichment claim.
