ORDER granting 18 Motion to Certify Class; MEMORANDUM AND OPINION: For the reasons stated in the attached Order, plaintiffs' motion to certify a 216(b) collective action is GRANTED. Defendants' shall produce contact information, if not already produced, no later than May 23, 2012. Plaintiffs shall complete mailing and posting of the notice, revised in accordance with this Order and as stated at the oral argument, no later than June 1, 2012, with an opt-in deadline of August 1, 2012.
